You agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes. You must not submit false, misleading, or malicious reports. The deliberate submission of disinformation is grounds for an IP ban.

By submitting evidence to The Uganda Wall, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, and publish the content for the purposes of human rights advocacy and documentation.
